Fundraising Tracking Form

This tracking form is to be used by the Noble/Club/Unit to submit with payment and the return of tickets.

Petition for Initiation

Each Noble had to start somewhere. Once a Master Mason decides to join Philae Shriners, he must first submit this application with 2 Nobles as his references, and return the form to the office with initiation fee

Have an idea to raise funds by your Club or Unit, submit this form to the office for approval by the Potentate.
